Alon is the Chief Technology Officer and founder of Ciont, a company specializing in software development for the high-tech industry. With over 30 years of experience, he has led significant software development, design, and architecture projects for leading global companies. His expertise includes analysis and design of large-scale software solutions, development for Microsoft and Amazon clouds, Cloud Native technologies, development in C# and C++, design and development of AI-based systems, and development of embedded systems on ESP32 processors.
Since 2010, Alon has been recognized as a Microsoft Regional Director and has been an MVP since 2005. He is known in the international software development community as a trusted advisor and frequently speaks at conferences and workshops, in addition to leading the Azure community in Israel. Alon leads Ciont at the forefront of technological innovation, using his rich experience to develop advanced and efficient solutions. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its activities into new areas such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, while maintaining its leading position in traditional software development.
In addition to his role at Ciont, Alon continues to contribute to the global development community. He shares his knowledge through lectures, articles, and workshops, and helps young developers advance in their careers. As a mentor, he emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.

Orna (Fliess) Kotler was born and raised in Binyamina, where she is still connected. She is married to Gil and is a proud mother of four children: Rotem, Tomer, Neta, and Yair. Orna is the eldest sister of Alon and Erez and the sister-in-law of Liat. Together, they dreamed and founded ZioNet. Orna is a social entrepreneur and educational leader with extensive experience in managing and developing content and programs in the fields of education, values, and leadership. She served in the IDF Education and Youth Corps for 25 years, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. She also managed a historical museum and a large non-profit organization. Orna possesses management and organizational skills, analytical thinking, systemic vision, and strong interpersonal communication. She holds academic degrees from Bar-Ilan University in education, history, political science, and public administration. Orna is certified in group facilitation, nursing home management, and basic and business mediation.
Throughout her career, she served in senior positions in the IDF, including commander of the Leadership Development School and head of the Doctrine Branch in the Education and Youth Corps. Orna led development and implementation processes for information systems, managed large professional teams, and developed educational and training programs for commanders and soldiers. Additionally, she served in the reserves in the IDF Ombudsman Unit and was one of the founders of the Mashan team in the unit. She managed the "Shlomit" association for operating volunteers for national and civilian service and currently manages the software house ZioNet - a family company paving the way for young people aspiring to a career in Israeli high-tech.
Orna is deeply involved in volunteering and community initiatives both in Israel and the US. She is a member of several committees and non-profit organizations. Orna has been dedicated to working with young people for five decades and continues to extend a helping hand.

Liat Fliess one of the four founders of ZioNet. She brings a unique combination of professional experience and educational background. As a mother of three, a resident of Binyamina, and married to Alon, she has a rich background in teaching and education. She has experience in implementing an educational technology program designed to promote the use of technology and improve teaching methods. She also specializes in teaching Hebrew to new immigrants and integrating them into the Israeli education system and daily school life. In addition, she has accumulated extensive and significant experience in office management, accounting, and working with clients. Her professional approach stems from her rich experience working with people. She brings to the company a unique ability to combine an educational worldview with providing advanced business solutions. Her diverse and in-depth experience in the fields of education and management provides ZioNet with a significant advantage in leading innovative and personalized solutions for the company's clients and employees.

Haim Gilboa, training and artificial intelligence expert, with three decades of extensive experience in the coding world of Israeli high-tech. He began his professional journey in military service with an elite technological unit and later held a variety of roles in the development world, ranging from basic development positions to managing development in a startup company. His rich experience and diverse background have made him a leading expert, combining deep technical knowledge, a developer’s perspective, and strong teaching and knowledge management skills. Haim loves technology and enjoys teaching anyone who’s willing to listen.

Ori Golan holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in finance. He is also a certified mediator and lectures in management courses on business mediation. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the high-tech industry, Ori began his professional journey in development, system design, and project management. Over the years, he transitioned from the technical side to the business side, managing consulting divisions in some of the leading and largest IT companies in the market. These roles provided him with expertise in negotiation, commercial collaborations, contracts, and managing technological projects for various clients.

Today, as a member of the management team at ZioNet, Ori is responsible for the company’s business development and client relations. His abilities, experience, and unique character have led to the establishment of a vast and high-quality network of business connections, both in Israel and abroad, built on trust, professionalism, and long-term collaboration. This network creates new opportunities and strengthens relationships with existing clients.

Ori's extensive experience in both the business and technological sectors grants him deep insight into client needs, both from a professional and commercial perspective. He has gained considerable experience working with clients from various sectors, such as banking, insurance companies, credit card companies, defense industries, and technology firms.

Ilana holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Sociology from Haifa University and a coaching certificate from the Israeli Federation for Coaching and Organizational Consulting (ICA). With over 20 years of experience leading HR in high-tech companies, including corporate and startup environments, Ilana specializes in designing and implementing HR processes, scalable infrastructures, and strategic people initiatives that drive operational efficiency and directly support the company’s long-term success She brings a holistic approach to managing all aspects of human resources, focused on aligning HR strategies with the organization’s business objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and employee well-being.
As the Vice President of Human Resources at ZioNet, Ilana strives to lead significant social change by empowering and strengthening diverse populations in Israel. She believes in the power of human capital and its potential to grow and thrive when given the right opportunities.

Jenia immigrated from Ukraine at the age of 15 through the Na'ale program. She has lived in various places in Israel, from the Upper Galilee to Eilat, and is now a resident of Or Akiva.

Jenia is retiring from the IDF after 25 years of service in logistics and operations within the Navy. She specialized in project management for logistics infrastructure and has extensive experience in professional and command roles, employee management, and leading large-scale, budget-intensive projects.

At ZioNet, Jenia serves as a project manager, providing personal guidance to team members, with a focus on employees with new immigrant status.
